3.2 Listing Rights

By posting a property listing, you grant us a license to display, reproduce, and distribute the content on our Platform.

4. Transactions

Anviita Ventures acts as an intermediary platform. We are not party to any agreements between buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants. All transactions are at your own risk.

5. Fees and Payments

Certain services may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of service activation. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content (excluding user-generated content) are the property of Anviita Ventures and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
